      Bill Yao is the founder and president of PPLive Corporation. Mr. Yao is also the winner of 2011 Chinese Young Entrepreneur Award.

      Being as  a Master student in Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Mr. Yao developed world’s first Internet TV live streaming software in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Yao founded PPLive Corporation. Because of its dedication and continued effort in technology innovation and user experience improvements, PPLive has been one of the most popular web applications for the Internet Generation. PPLive has been ranked top 10 Baidu applications for years. Over the years, PPLive has grown into one of the leading Internet TV providerwith 240 millionin stallion user base. As the founder of PPLive, Mr. Yao has lead the team to create many innovations in the field of large scale Internet TV streaming and cloud computing, with more than 50 core patents applied in this area.
